Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

he has a honda crx250 in shed, engine got re-done. he was wondering could he put it back together with a bit of help from the net.or would it be cheaper to got a fella who knows what hes at.
For a fella that doesnt know what hes realy at could it be risky.

If the engine is assembled they are pretty straight forward, he'd want a manual and a good torque wrench especially for headstock bolts and triple clamp bolts. Not a hole lot to them, any questions and i can hep you out.

Yes. Its not the best job to learn your skills on - its not impossible but the chances of making a mistake exist and if damage is done it is not so easy to correct.

Is he just trying to save money by fixing it himself or does he really want to learn from it?

if he wants to learn then its something he should do

personally if i'm banked over at 90 on a sweeping bend i like to know that i checked everthing three times and its as i like it

sounds straight forward enough and doctorchopper says he'll advise on any hard bits i say go for it
