Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Question about changing price plans

I changed my price plan online earlier and signed up for online billing. However I was asked to enter my Direct Debit details again. I just wanted to check, will the system know I already have DD set up or will I now have two direct debits?

    Morning Karsini :)

The system would know you already have a direct debit set up, but you would have to advise it you wish to continue paying via it - so what you're required to do is more a case of reactivating your existing one rather than setting up a second one.

    Regards :)

    Hi
I have just spent 20 minutes on hold trying to get an answer to this question. It might be useful to put a prompt at the point where existing customers are asked to re-enter DD details or at least put a FAQ section on your website

    Hi reallyuseful,

I'll be sure to pass on your feedback. It would be a useful addition to our FAQ section (which can be found here), and I think the prompt idea would also put any niggling concerns to rest.

Thanks for the suggestions, and if you have any other questions, myself and Una will be happy to help. :)

    David.
