Wireless problem

    Hi all, have a problem with my wireless, awhile back I think my
    adapter broke,and my function button wouldn't work. Long story short
    I got a usb adapter, and used the software to turn it on, and everything was good..

    But now, nothing works, I have to connect by ethernet :mad:

    this is what I got after command....

    You have a static ip address on that network card, you need to remove it and set it to automatic. Click start and type "ncpa.cpl" in the run box to bring up network connections, right click on the adapter and select properties, then highlight internet protocol version 4 and click properties, make sure its set to obtain an ip and dns server automatically

    Your wireless card is not even showing up on the output from that.. so I would suggest downloading your wireless card drivers again and re-installing then do an ipconfig again and see does it show up, Your static IP on the LAN will not make a difference
