Toll Bridge Issues

I was driving through the M4 toll bridge yesterday in the Eazy Pass Lane and as i was under the barrier after given a green light and the beep for tag recognition the barrier came down and hit my car. It cracked my windscreen and damaged the car. Did this happen to any body else.:mad:
