ECB rate increase pass through to savers?

Has any of the online banks or indeed the bricks and mortar ones, commented yet as to when & if they will increase deposit rates for savers following the ECB rate change?

One, AIB Regular Saver up to 3.75% due to ECB+2.50% guarantee for year one.

But ... there are better options.

RabboBank are increasing its on demand personal savings account rate from 2- 2.5% from next Monday.
