    I was passing the Winding Stair bookshop yesterday & saw this notice:

    If anyone else has any info. about any other readings by Joseph O'Connor, please could you could post them here? He is one of my favourite authors.

    Date: Saturdays in April (2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd) - 12.15pm(approx)

    This year’s Dublin One City, One Book is ‘Ghost Light’ by Joseph O’Connor. The Irish playwright, and lead character of ‘Ghost Light’, John Millington Synge will visit the Gutter Bookshop each Saturday during April and read from both his own work and from ‘Ghost Light’. For more information on events surrounding One City, One Book please visit www.dublinonecityonebook.ie. (Please note: the actual J.M.Synge passed away in 1909 and our visiting J.M.Synge should therefore be viewed as an homage!) Free and everyone welcome.
