How long to is the waiting time for jobseekers allowance

    Anyone have a rough idea how long it takes for them to process a jobseekers allowance claim in the cavan branch of social welfare?

    Toooooooo f***ing long. Can take 2 months :eek:. Depends on how busy they are.

    Bit of a joke tbh. Will be 8 weeks on monday. Had two friends in Dublin get JA and JB within two weeks.

    The nice people here failed to change my address from Dublin to Cavan, then asked for proof I moved home, they got it all on file since week one...
