The only Digital TV connection in my house is in a bedroom. The living room connection is an analogue. Would the bedroom box be where they'd want to connect the modem to? tbh, it'd actually work out great there because I could get a wired connection to the computer I use the most.

they will usually put it where you ask them to, assuming it's not too far out of the way.
