Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Moving to night storage

    Hi ESB

I hope you can help me. I installed storage heaters in my apartment before Christmas and my electrician sent the cert to the ESB then. I then rang and paid the fee to switch over to night storage (think it was about €200 for the option I chose) in January. I was assured that my application was complete and all I had to do was for ESB networks to contact me. So I waited and waited. I rang a few days later and was rudely assured that things were being looked after. I was basically told to wait. So after waiting until this week (I've been waiting since Jan) I rang again, and was told I never sent in an application form and that I should have submitted an NC2 form (it's not a new domestic connection). I was never told this on my two previous phonecalls. Anyway, I really need to get this sorted asap. Do I really need an NC2 form? I have looked for an NC2 form online, but keep getting an error message. Do you have any idea how much longer will the process take? Thanks!

    Hi Fragglefur :)

Can you PM me your details and I can look into that for you? It sounds to me like you may have needed an increase in your MIC (maximum import capacity) to cater for the installation of the storage heaters, but in order to be sure, I would require your account details.

    Thanks,
    Una
