    If it attacked a human it should be shot. Looks like it was found in residential area and was being relocated to it's natural home. If it attacked a human, it'd find it's way back to residential area and may kill a women walking her dog / child or whatever.

    Or a man walking his dog / child. I know men are physcially stronger than women, but I think if it came to a bear fight a man probably wouldn't win either. ;)
