    Hi there,

    I switched back to ESB a week ago and am yet to receive my Welcome pack so I can register online. Is there a delay in sending these out or is there something else I need to do?

    Hi Grudle,

    Switching back to us can take up to 20 working days; the process is handled by an independent body, the MRSO (Meter Registration System Operator).
