    Any thoughs and/or advice?

    Each of these two sessions are performed twice a week with 4 sets of 8 for each exercise (or to failure/near failure where possible). There is also some core work and some cardio at the end of each session.

    Session 1

    Bench Press (with dumbells if bar isn't available)
    Leg Extensions
    Chin ups
    Deadlift
    Lunges
    Leg Press


    Session 2

    Squats
    Pull ups (with wide outward facing grip)
    Back Extensions
    Leg Curl
    Upright Row
    Dips

    I'm looking to mostly go with compound exercises and pretty much maximise the total weight lifted in each workout. After about 4/5 weeks of this I'm thinking of keeping it pretty much the same but changingsome exercises slightly where possible - e.g. inclined bench, backward lunges etc.
