Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Denon offer in Peats

    Hi guys,

    I was wondering if anyone can help me. I'm looking to buy a surround sound system (budget 500 to 700 euros).

    Peats has an offer for a Denon AVR-1311 A/V and speakers (sys 391-HT) for €500. Going on online prices, the Peats offer is overpriced with Richer sounds offering a discounted price of €365 (down from £450). Convenience of picking it up in Blanchardstown rather than no one being home for delivery is a big factor. What do you guys think of the offer.

    Would you reccomend anything else for that budget? I'll be looking to connect a 360, Blu-ray player, NTL and iPods & laptops to the receiver.

    PS: I have 2 Monitor Audio Bronze 2 speakers in my room that I can use if people think it would be beneficial to add to a unit from my Hi-fi in m room.
