Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have a 3.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 and have noticed that it gets a bit hot while playing games.

Also, I have a Cooler Master Gladiator 600 case and it has one fan at the front, one fan on the top and one small fan at the back.

    Here's my idle temps...

...and here's my temps when playing a game:

Should I get a new cooler? If yes, which one should I get?

    Thanks in advance.

    Nope, it's not overclocked.

Oh and I'm using the cooler that came with the CPU. Forgot to mention that in my first post.

ye temps are high i would check to make sure the fan is spinning also check to see what sort of dust is in the case and if all is good take the cooler off clean off the old thermal paste and re-apply new thermal paste http://www.peats.com/cgi-bin/catalog_v2.cgi?type=product&id=7831

Yeah, the fan is spinning and there's little to no dust in the case. I'll get the thermal paste (Heard it was good, too) and see how that goes. Thanks for the link.

Would my idle temps be okay for browsing the 'net and things like that? Also, is it possibe to get the same cooler that I have now, but with screws instead of those crappy plastic pins?
