Spearing has been very good tonight. Impressed by him again. What were we at buying Poulsen at all!

Roy Hodgson was a lover of his.

    Admired his football too.

Useless stat except its not, its illustative of Liverpool this season and most seasons

#Liverpool have already won most points (10) against the current top 4 teams, in the #EPL this season and will go to 13 if they win today."
I was thinking this. Liverpool seem to play better againt top teams. For example, most of Europa League was quite poor.

Not being one of the top 4 gives you an advantage over them seeing as Liverpool Vs top 4 is 8 games, top 4 vs each other is 6 each. :)

City making hard work of this 4th spot. For all the money a lot of the lads don't seem to give a fck. My verdict, needs another bunch of random 30/40 mil players :)

Fingers crossed Mancini survives the Summer. If Tevez is injured for a few weeks will be a big loss.

Fcking Balotelli, we are 3 goals down and need every second game time and he wastes time?

I seriously could care less if he ever pulled on a City shirt again.

I like how Kenny shows emotion at the goals but, and I'll prepare to be slated for this, I kind of get the feeling he would celebrate a consolation in a 5-1 defeat.

Work rate from Liverpool has been outstanding.

The work rate for Liverpool is fantastic. Great team spirit. Something City are lacking severely.

You must have a very old camera.....they don't make that sound!

It's someone with one of those old fashioned 'clackers' who must be a season ticket holder with seat near the mikes.

Lescott looks hilarious trying to deal with the Carroll man-shield, an expression of abject confusion and terror :D

City just don't look like a team at all.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,578 ✭✭✭✭murpho999

No doubt if it stay's like this that Sky will give MOM to Carroll, but I honestly couldn't call it.

It's just been a fantastic collective team performance from Liverpool....with no real weak play in any area....great to see.

One thing I will give Hodgson credit for is Meriles. He's proving to be a great buy, even if he didn't know what to do with him.

Apologies. Don't mean to take anything away from Liverpool's performance. It's been sensational. It's just frustrating to see mercenaries with no heart whatsoever when they lose the ball.
