Gareth Southgate is ripping Supermario every chance he gets. Brilliant.

One thing I will give Hodgson credit for is Meriles. He's proving to be a great buy, even if he didn't know what to do with him.

It was a fluke, see Poulsen and Konchesky for proof.:)

Apologies. Don't mean to take anything away from Liverpool's performance. It's been sensational. It's just frustrating to see mercenaries with no heart whatsoever when they lose the ball.

Understand, but losing Tevez and conceding 2 goals so quickly has sucked the life out of them....no one on pitch to inject a bit of life/spirit into them.

You must have a very old camera.....they don't make that sound!

It's someone with one of those old fashioned 'clackers' who must be a season ticket holder with seat near the mikes.

All professional Camera men will have SLR's cameras that make that clicking sound. They usually have them set to take constant pictures when they press the button as well.

Whatever about Carrolls performance tonight so far , my admiration for Torres has been completely transferred to Suarez , just love watching him play - always wanting the ball & you can just tell he is always dying to score from his reactions when he misses. Cant wait til next season!

City are horrible, set up defensive, when that goes wrong they have no Plan B at all. Hope they fall apart and don't make next years champions lge.

True. Silva hasn't helped matters. There's no urgency about Mancini to change things around.

At least pretend to have a bit of positivity and think that your team will come back.

Did Wilkins just say he couldnt understand how Van der Saar didn't get included in the young player of the year awards?

Still have around 20mins to play and zero urgency to get the ball forward.

1 out of 3 isn't too bad. Better than his his win rate while at Liverpool, anyway.

I've never heard him before but when you speak the truth and call a spade a spade then you get my approval. I hate the comms that never have anything negative to say about anyone. :)

Was Carroll trying to roger Skrtel there?

The difference in work rate between the two is incredible. Suarez has spent the whole game making space and trying to create chances for his team. Torres would have spent the vast majority of the match sulking.

Mario gives up whenever a bit of graft or hard work is required.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,163 ✭✭✭✭danniemcq

Suarez should have got on the end of that

No camera shutters don't click like that.

It's one of these things you are hearing and they are annoying.

5 minutes left, best bet is always to take off your strikers and put on defensive midfielders.

    Mancini = genius.

This City team has no heart. You look at Dzeko, Balotelli, Barry, Kolorov. They're all beaten men. The only players with heart are Tevez, Viera, Milner
