Hey guys,

we're holding a 5-a-side tournament in UCD this Saturday the 16th of April from 12 - 4pm and it's in aid of Headstrong - the national centre for youth mental health.

We are looking for teams of 5 - 7 to take part in a 16 team tournament. It will consist of 4 groups of 4 teams, with each group being assigned to a pitch simultaneously.

Top 2 from each group progress to quarters followed by semis and final.

It is ¢10 per person to play and should be a fun day for a good cause.
