Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Canon 5D mark ii manual

    Hiya
    Last week I bought a new 5D mark ii in a camera shop in Dublin. It does not have a manual in the box and pocket quick guides are only in german,french italian or dutch! Is this normal, should it not come with a manual? I know I can download the manual but it easier to have a printed one in front of you when trying to work out all the ins and outs of this beast!!

    It should definitely have come with a manual - go back to the shop and ask them for it.

    The same happened to me when i bought the 450D from Komplett.ie

    They told me it was available to download on line!

    I remember hearing at the time that the manuals can picked up fairly cheaply on ebay.

    I got my better half to download it at her job
    it was a serious pain to check something going through page after page of A4 sheets to look up something:mad:
    I give up and went down the tutorial route on youtube:D
