Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have a number of questions on Limerick County Track and Field Championships that are held in UL on Sunday the 15th of May.

    1) Can you run as a non-club member, and have you to register with AAI?

    2) Why is it only on one day and not over two days? Surely this would give you the opportunity to race more than once having some recovery over night.

    3) Do athletes that have 10K times, in the high 30 minns and slower, run in their county 10K race or would they attempt to run in the shorter races to gain some fast running, and with less chance of been lapped a number of times?

    Thanks
