    Hi guys

We (Gowran AC) are hosting this for the third year in a row and would love to get our biggest crowd for it yet. With the new m9 motorway we are now less than an hour from the m50 on junction 7. It's 2 (for women) or 4 (for men) laps of a 1.2k undulating circuit that takes a bit of pacing skill. It usually makes for a good race and it only costs €3 to enter as an individual.

Tea and sandwiches etc. in the parish hall afterwards :).
