What happened yesterday @ DIT Bolton Street?

Walking in to work yesterday around 10am there were people piling out of the place and the Gardaí were blocking off the street. Seemed very excessive for just a drill and I saw the Dublin Fire Chemical Spill team around there shortly after. Anyone know what the deal was?
