Any technical job agencies in Oz that are not a rip off/scam?

I'm talking along the Electrical/Mechanical engineering type roles. I've heard stories of loads of scammers and rip off sites, just want one or two reliable ones. Cheers in advance.

I didn't come across any scammers - though some of the recruitment agencies could not be more useless if they tried.
