G26 Feeding Problem

I got a Glock 26 from a team mate recently which I'm pretty sure is a KWA - I can't find any trades but it matches the details of KWA pics which I have seen online so it's either KWA or a clone.
Anyway after a bit of trouble with a leaky mag I have it firing while empty ok but I am having trouble with the BBs not feeding correctly.
The mag and spring seem to be in good working order. When I cock the pistol the BB does not seem to be loaded up to the barrel - it instead stays in the top of the mag. When I cock again the BB gets pushed out by the next one but ends up knocking around inside the barrel. When I release the slide after cocking the first round it does not return all the way to the proper position.
I've disassembled the whole thing and can't find any obviously broken parts. I've also oiled everything. Any thoughts on what could be going on would be very welcome.

Here is what I can see after cocking the gun for the first time.

Here you can see that the slide is not returning all the way.

Here you can see 2 BBs beside each other after cocking a second time.

    Thanks guys.

Could this be the problem? It looks like maybe there is a piece broken which I'm guessing might be there to push the BB out of the mag...

Although I'm not sure if this is a break or just a bit of wear. Anyone know where i can get a replacement part?
