Guys I was wondering if ye could help me out here.

I'm just after moving into a house with a friend and we want to get internet. There is a phone line but it'll need to be reconnected. Having asked around we decided on the Vodafone Off-Peak package (38 yoyo's a month for 8mb and evening calls). However, the contract is a 12 month contract and breaking it early means paying the balance. So I was wondering if anyone knows if I can get a broadband/home phone package with an opt-out clause (even if we have to pay a one off fee).
