Parking near Bachelor's Walk

We're coming up to Dublin next week and I need to park my van overnight near where we're staying. I can't find a car park that doesn't have a 2.1 metre height restriction. I want it to be in a car park, not on the street overnight, anybody got any recommendations? The van is about 2.2 metres high:rolleyes:

the nearest car parks are irish life, and jervis. i dont know if they accept that height but you could check

Have a look at street view in google maps. It suggests that that arnotts carpark (see above), off o'connell st, has a 4m+ height restriction. Have a look at the rest of them in the area.

I've been in Arnotts carpark, and it's like a sardine can. I reckon google are mistaken.

Jervis and ILAC ditto but not as bad, never seen a van in either however and would certainly not like to try.

You could leave it in a busy enough spot that way chances are nothing will happen it...say along the quays etc.

We're planning a bit of a night,:D what time would I have to move the van in the morning on the Quays do you think, or is there no time restrictions to parking there? I haven't really been in that area there since they brought the one way system in, so I don't know what the parking rules are now.

Before 7am, but you can pay for up to 3 hours parking at the meters if you park it after 8pm, so for under a tenner, it'll be 10am you have to return by. (€2.90/hr).
