Woman missing in Ennis

    GARDAÍ ARE SEEKING the public’s assistance in locating a 48-year-old woman missing from Shannon Park, Ennis, since Tuesday morning.
    Evelyn Vaughan is described as being 5′ 2” in height, has short blond hair and wears glasses.
    She is believed to have been wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and red shoes when last seen.
    Gardaí said today that her family are very concerned for her welfare and asked anyone who may have any information regarding her whereabouts or can help in locating her to contact them in Ennis on 065 6848100.

    Searches have resumed for a 48 year old woman missing from her Ennis home for several days.
    Evelyn Vaughan was last spotted at the Mace Store on the Lifford Road at around 9 o'clock on Tuesday morning but its believed she briefly returned to her home in Shannon Park.
    The alarm was then raised by her two house mates after family members expressed concerns that she hadn't made contact which she did on a daily basis.
    The 48 year old's described as five foot two in height with bright blonde hair and brown glasses and when last spotted was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and red shoes.
    Gardaí have carried out extensive searches around Ennis in the past 24 hours and were joined in the operation by members of Civil Defence yesterday afternoon.
    They are appealing to anyone with information on Evelyn's whereabouts to contact them as family members are very concerned for her welfar
