Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

printing music folders and files

    Does anyone know a way of doing the following?
    I want to print off my list of albums i have stored on a Hard Drive but in a way it gives me the following

    Band Album Title File Type Size Time
    Bruce Springsteen Born In The U.S.A MP3 77MB 52.00
    U2 Boy MP3 66MB 44.00

    Also with the option to print off all sub files in side the Folder with the same information As in Track file type size time

    Is this possible tried a few different things but nothing that give me what i want

    Organise your columns in your music directory as you've laid out & print screen is all I can think of.

    Use MP3Tag, it can export your music collection to a file.

    Steps:
    1. Open directory (CTRL+d)
    2. Select your root directory and make sure it is set to scan sub dirs
    3. Then choose which columns you want to see (right-click on a column and select Customize Columns)
    4. The go File -> Export (CTRL+e)
    5. Choose format and hit ok.

    As an example here is what I got from one dir in my collection

    Title Artist Album Track Year Length Size Last Modified Filename
    In Your Honor Foo Fighters In Your Honour 1 230 7.09 MB 23/06/2009 01 In Your Honor.mp3
    No Way Back Foo Fighters In Your Honour 2 313 9.62 MB 23/06/2009 02 No Way Back.mp3

    Should do exactly what you want.

    Quick note, either have nothing selected in the right hand pane or everything. If you only have one song selcted, that is all that is exported

    Another note, I thought that configuring the columns would equal configuring the columns for exoort. It doesn't. They are configurable, just not easily. If you click the edit template button on the right hand side of the export window (second button down) you can see what a template looks like
