Unsigned Podcast

Hi,
I work in a radio station, I want to do a podcast with unsigned bands as I think there is some great stuff out there and I want to get it out there, If any one is interested in appearing on the podcast give us a shout.

Yep it's going to be a podcast predominantly available through podomatic.com.
I've asked a few bands I knew if it was OK to play their music on my podcast before I downloaded it so I thought I would branch out and ask around on boards.
I'm based in Athlone, I work at a radio station and it's more of a pet project for myself. I want to develop it and promote live music etc.

So the whole feel will be just introducing people to music they may not of heard of and where they can go to to see this band gig etc.

I hope that's the details you want if you need more tell me, I'm sorry if I came off evasive or anything. I hope I've clarified stuff.

it's just a shame you couldent do the same thing on the radio station you work at..as we all need more airplay on irish radio, but i'm on for it if your looking for bands, have a listen here

To be fair the station I work for play plenty of Irish bands. this is just a pet project of mine.

Jaysus I wouldn't expect anyone to travel to Athlone for it. Just stick on a few tunes.

That sounds deadly, we (Peaks) would love to be involved some how. It'd probably be best to wait till we have a gig or something coming up though, which we're taking a break from at the moment. I'll keep you in mind though when we've more plans in motion.
