    hi all, I'm just wondering if anyone out there has noticed what foods cause flare ups with their IBD? I have big problems with chilli/red and green peppers and most chinese/indian food. If I eat any of these I have pain bloating and worse that lasts about a week. does anyone else have intolerances? I'm just curious!
    also is there any support/social groups for sufferers in the leinster region that anyone is aware of??
