Are there any T&C templates out there for e-commerce sites, came across one you have to pay for but am just wondering are there any free templates doing the rounds which are good.

    Thanks

T&Cs are there to protect your customers, your company and you. I think you need something that is relevant to your company rather than a generic list.

You could find a similar site or a couple of similar sites and cherry pick what you need from them.

However what Kinetic says is true, you need to make sure that they reflect your business and your product or service. Im not sure how often they come into play but if something happens you could end up relying on them, or they could be your downfall depending on whats in them

That approach is what some solicitors will do anyway. You could take some T&Cs from competitors, put it together yourself and get a solicitor to review/approve.

I would recommend Micheal O'Dowd as he has great IT/Digital legal knowledge

Do you know a rough cost of a solicitor reviewing the terms and conditions?
