Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Folks
    Can anybody give me any help to clean the rollers in my printer. All the pages are are marked on one side after being printed.

    The pickup rollers are unlikely to cause marks on printouts, the most likely culprits are the fuser, toner or maybe the transfer roller.

    You can find a service manual for your printer here which should help you indentify, get the part number for and replace any part in the printer. Some of the part numbers may be out of date, you can find the latest ones here.
