Quality of Oracle's Java Programming forums?

Since Oracle acquired Sun has anyone else noticed a deterioration in the quality of the former http://java.sun.com site. Personally, I find the forums somewhat buggy, and find it more difficult to get information in general on the site. Any thoughts?
