Help with social benefits - College

can anybody tell me if your entitled to any social welfare during the summer even though i intend to go back to college in September ? and if you arnt is there any way round it i think you need a letter from your college to say that your leaving or somethin to claim social benefits ?? any advice would be appreciated thanks

If you are a mature student (over 23) then you are eligible for social benefits during the summer months as long as you fulfill the normal requirements.
