Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You can't do it that way. You need the licence key and the installation cd. An alternative is LibreOffice, it's open source software, so free.

    it's not really possible

it's set up that way to prevent software piracy

unless you own the original disc or licence you shouldn't be using it/installing it

does libreoffice allow me to save files such as publisher, word, excel etc and open these files on a different computer with real microsoft office software programs?

Yes, but not sure about publisher. The MS format may not be the default save type though. When it was called OpenOffice, there was a portable version which may suit you.
