Cost of Tiler

sorry if this thread is in the wrong place!!

how much should i expect to pay a tiler.

kitchen - 15 sq yds floor tiles, 3 sq yds wall tiles.

all old tiles need to come up

Its been a while since i priced a tiler because i do all my own work but it was in or around 17 or 18 euros a sq meter, probably more actually.

With the taking off of old tiles its going to be extra.

A reasonable price not having seen the job i would expect perhaps 450

I agree with the above. Tilers are charging around `18 euro a yard for ceramics and more for porc and marble because they are more work

Assume 20 Euro a yard x 15 = 300

200 to take the tiles up and level the floor is also reasonable.


However have not seen the job

Bathroom, 28 Yds of Wall 5 Yds of Floor, total bill 750. Walls and floor tile had all been removed, relatively new room, walls in good condition.

For floors and wall that a good price.

I pay my lads 25 e a meter. I never had a complaint about them.
