removing virus from email account

hi, just wondering if anyone can help, i seem to have a virus in my yahoo email account, it seems to randomly email person in my inbox. i am just not sure how i can fix it, as i do have virus software running on the laptop. any help much appreciated :D

Change your login password (to yahoo mail)

Make sure you have no malware/virus's on your computer, follow this thread. Then change your password as mentioned above. The virus is not in your email account its on your computer, they got your log in details and sent their spam from your email account.
