Was going well but made a mistake at one fence then unseated the rider about 4 out. Was definitely worth the squeeze though I don't regret going in again! the 25.0 lay nearly matched too, was 30.0 at one stage I think.

-3 points on the day. Wasn't too bad though. Another second which was unlucky and lost 2 points on the last race but it was worth having another dip at that price.

+59.9 points overall so all is well

I'm not too worried about minor losses for a while anyway because 1 big win erases all that. It's finding that elusive win that's the hard part!! Even a half decent win would be enough to erase 4 or 5 days losses which is why I've taken a shining to this 'system'! Hopefully a winner won't be too long coming though because it gets frustrating picking up 2nd and the likes with no return. Steady as she goes anyway we'll see what the future brings

Maybe I'm jumping the gun with this one and it may drift overnight but currently it's BP 10/1 with the bookies with Paddy Power as low as 7/1. It has won 3 in a row and has a bad draw + 6lb weight rise. Apparently this is a step up in class but the Racing Post seems to think it has a shot regardless. Hopefully it doesn't end up drifting but I'm not sure if this price will be around by the time I wake up tomorrow so I'm getting on early and taking the chance. There's no clear favourite in the race either so I don't think it will be completely outclassed.

tldr - it's worth the squeeze

Have to lay all early because I won't have time to watch the market today. Quite a few horses selected today but there is a good bit of racing on and a few looked fairly overpriced on the exchange, fingers crossed!
