Cost to build front garden wall?

    Myself and the girlfriend are looking at replacing the existing front garden wall with a nice new wall.

    Wall size is 11 feet long and 3.5 feet high.I would like to use breeze/cavity blocks that the builder left behind a few months ago.Thers enough blocks down the side of the house for about 6 feet of wall.

    Looking to get a smooth white coloured plaster finish and cappings on the new wall too.

    Any ideas of what would be a "ballpark" figure to remove the exiting wall and build a new wall.
