    Ive recently started trying to lose weight by eating a high protein,low carb diet with plenty of fresh veg. Im walking approx 5k 3-4 times a week. In the last 3 wks or so ive lost about 3lbs and 2 inches each off my hips and stomach. Ive got about 5 stone to lose and although I know it cant happen overnight I would like if things were happening a little faster. Am I doing enough?? And does anyone have any tips for me?? Thanks:)
