Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Really hope someone can help as my head is wrecked with this!

I have a Sony Vaoi laptop the past few years and have had no problems with it at all.

The other day all of a sudden by Meteor broadband dongle decided not to work - well at least I thought it was the dongle. It is coming up that it is not recognized. I tried it in other computers and it's working fine as is my camera and other devices work in the actual laptop itself. I tried updating the drivers and uninstalling the Meteor package and reinstalling which made it work for a while - it did however take ages to log on so it still wasnt back to working 100%.

It's now gone again on me.

Would appreciate if some could help and offer a possible solution - bear in mind im not techy minded so you may have to tell me in layman's terms what to do!

    Thanks a mill.

Depending on your operating system right click on My Computer and click Properties.

Then there should be a tab or link for Hardware and then Device Manager.

Click the plus sign beside the Universal Serial Bus controllers option.

Right click on (the amount of usb ports you have) and select disable. Then right click again and enable them.

    Hope that helps.
