Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all
Can anyone tell me why I cannot access online banking website on my laptop but I have no problem opening it on my work pc? Is it something to do with Java or firewall?

    Thanks

Do you get any error messages? What browser are you using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome)?

So when the page loads up does it give you an option to choose "more information" or does it just load up a blank page?

    Chin grin,

Sorry for the delay, this question is for a colleague who went out of the office!!. He says when he loads up the page it pops up "Loading java please wait" and it stays like that forever and doesnt load up!

Assuming your office doesn't have IT policies that forbid this ... try updating or uninstall/reinstall Java, and try another browser like Firefox or Opera
