Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have a pair of ESS goggles with an RX insert in them that works a treat. The RX insert has my prescription in them & they fit perfectly into the inner mask. Think most decent manufactures will have an insert available

I have a pair of ESS Advancer v12's on the way to me. They work with the insert linked in the first post.

I went ahead and got a prescription for contacts. Because I was concerned with fogging. They do work out pretty expensive though. 90 quid for the test, fitting and checkup. Plus a further 70 for 30 pairs of contacts. If you don't have astigmatism, they will probably be cheaper.

Forgot to say I got bog standard lenses fitted to the RX insert cost €28 I think & have a bitter end lens (can't remember how much) so no fogging at all. Best piece of gear I have after all bit pointless if you can't see a thing. Hope those glasses work for you

you can get contact lenses online from VHI or getlenses.com both do 180 pairs (thats about 6 months worth) of disposable ones for €130 (depends of the lense of course) pretty sure that includes shipping. 30 pairs only cost €30 through them.
all you need is a copy of your prescription and you opticians contact details. I've used both before to order disposables and the order is with me within a few days. they both email you about a month before you're due to run out to remind you to order again.
