Now you say it, he does look weird.

Think it's a too pale foundation.

Yes I was thinking that but his eyes look weird or something. His hair is to dark for the foundation.

He is not better than BOC, no one is.

This is just like the Panel, is this the first night?

    I find it less "rehearsed"

That's ok amdub, I don't like Craig at all. He is not funny, he is a bit up his own ass.

I agree. I'm never understand how he got a Saturday night TV show. And the term "a face for radio" was invented for him.

    We're all in this psy-op together.🤨

Well, sh1te! I missed it all tonight! :( Should not have answered the doorbell tonight... Was expecting someone to call with some computer stuff alright, but when I opened the door - (F**k!) - relatives on way home from a funeral, missed it all - all picture and no sound ( and that was both me and the telly! :D)

Ah, well, will catch it up on the player, wouldn't mind, but it 'looked' good!

I didn't actually think it was a great episode tonight. Again - no mention of how he got the church (unless I missed that bit?) and things seemed to magically work out at the last minute.

Yep im completely sick of this "program in a can" or program by numbers they are serving us every week. Jesus christ we're not imbeciles.

Surely they can't be planning another series????

Ps. Sometimes this formulaic tv production can work eg. At your service.
Because of the charm of the brennan brothers...

There is nothing charming about dawn bradfield. Or dermot bannon, room to improve. Or neville knott in show house.
All of them (plus others) doing the same thing week in week out.

The grooms aren't even trying to get a good deal anymore. I don't believe for a second that the guy last night did all that for 10 grand. The show is ignoring the money aspect in favour of mocking the groom and men in general.

    Lots of negative comments here.
What i dont get is why watch it if you dont like it.

Something to crib about i suppose.

Umm maybe we watch it because the ad for it looks good?
    It doesnt deliver.
We then watch the next one hoping it will be better.

This turns out not to be the case and we post here stating that.
I am sorry you dont like this but its not my fault that the production company made a bad program :(

Well RTE are crap at continuity or really just don't care anymore, he left the house in the 06 silver BMW, she was driving it the supposed next day, then he was in a 07 Avenis and then the morning of the wedding he was back in the BMW.
No mention of the band, photographer, cars....It's not a programme showing how it can be done with €10k in 3 weeks anymore, just seems like a phone in from everyone. Even the narrator sounds like she's bored.

I think you have an idea for a similar show..

    Dont Tell The Cadaver

When somebody dies, you get the biggest idiot in the family to organise the funeral,.. Will they buy the right flowers, will they organise the right church??? Oh what capers we would have..

Aw man, I can't believe I didn't know there was a 'don't tell the bride' thread, I've missed all the fun :(

Personally my top two favourite moments from this series were.

    1. Remember the bride who kept saying '3 weeks, i'm leaving my home...the place where I live...3 weeks 3 weeks' in a very strange whimpering wounded animal voice....cracked me up.....her husband to be was a total mammys boy, I think they lived next to his parents.

    2. That pissed bride who said "have you ever seen anyone who loved anyone more than he loves us".....
