    Upstream Downstream
    CurrRate(kbps) 827 8127
    MaxRate(kbps) 1120 16276
    NoiseMargin(dB) 14.9 18.5
    Attenuation(dB) 31.5 14.4
    Power(dBm) 12.8 0.0

^ is that normal?....are these stats good or bad?
After a line fault, and repair....things seem OK, and Voda bumped me to 8mb :D

That's not an issue. Downstream power would indicate the power level at the exchange side - unless the DSL card in your exchange reports that value, your modem has no way of knowing what it is.

Other than that, the line looks fine. Good SNR margin and low attenuation. Plus, 16Mb max attainable rate isn't too shabby for an Irish DSL line! :D
