Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

In device manager right click and get the device ID and vendor ID and use this site to search for the appropriate driver.

Right click on my computer, propeties, hardware tab, device manager.

You'll probably see some question marked audio\video options. Click on the plus beside them then right click on what ever shows below and select properties.

In the Details tab of this you'll see a long list of characters. You'll need the four digit numbers beside where it says Ven and or Dev. Put these numbers in to the site I gave you above to search for your drivers.

Did you get them ok? If you want to give me the device and vendor numbers I'll do a search and give you the links to them.

Is there a specific model number on a sticker on the back of it.

Otherwise like chin grin said post the id's Of the device.

Jesus, I hated dealing with iQons.

If what chin_grin gave you doesn't work you can use driver identifier programmes like Everest but they cost money.

This one does a similiar job and it's free:

It'll tell you what the make and model of the audio / video card is so you can find them easily.

Are you sorted yet Jimmy?. If not, I can tell you that if your Video is on-board (as the Audio is almost certainly onboard, and so may your video), then iQon only ever used boards manufactured by a company called "Chaintec", so if you do a search for drivers by the Board model name "e.g. Chaintec Z1234.. Drivers", then you should find plenty of sites that support your model.

Our site used to have them: (www.xlcomp.com) but as Chaintec no longer exist, I think they may have been taken down, but I'm sure other sites still have them up.
