Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Star Wars Message Boards Shutting Down

    I'm not sure if any of you use the starwars.com message boards at http://forums.starwars.com, but it was announced a little while back that the forums will be shutting down.

    The announcement was released here.

    Personally, I've used these forums since 2004. It's funny to have so many years go by and finally have them close down. A large group of regular posters have started groups on facebook or have moved to the forums at the force.net.

    Anyone else affected by the closure?

    Yeah, I've heard! They've got a good site, but I'm not totally sure if I'll bother going over. I will miss the sw.com forums a lot though! Shocking how many people made true friends over the years there. =p
