Z5500 Alternatives?

Looks like my Z5500 may have given up the ghost. Fairly sure it's not the fuse, because there's been an intermittent problem with the cable connecting the console to the woofer. Did see a more recent version Z9??? but wondering if there any other alternatives? Thanks
