    Yes,

    We had a MF 290 that would spin the PTO when it was disengaged.
    Only when the oil was cold but was dangerous

    just heard unoffically that the poor fella got caught working the lift lever from the ground while unhooking the tank,who hasent done that from time to time

    Just heard from his neibhour that he was taking off bag spinner and got caught between tractor and spinner .
