Superquinn salad bar dressing

Hi all, I was passing through Ranelagh the other day and stopped in Superquinn to grab a bite to eat. I got a variety of greens from the salad bar, one of which was a broccoli and carrot mix in a light dressing....DIVINE!!! Would anyone have any ideas of what that dressing may have been, I'm clueless as I usualy eat my…

Hi all,

I always thought it was just a little mayonnaise? When I make my version at home that's what I put in it and throw in a few raisins.
