anyone know roughly how much it would cost to have a new build chased. its a story and half with 4 bedrooms ,,1 office ,1 living room,, 1 sitting room ,, 1 kitchen/dining,,1 office, 1 bathroom and 1 utility,, sw donegal area cheers

generally charged per metre
guestimate around €400

I always charge €400 unless its an exceptionly large house
